چکیده
We consider an eigenvalue problem for a system in [0, 1]: 0 1 1 0 d dx + p11(x) p12(x) p21(x) p22(x) ϕ (1) (x) ϕ (2) (x) = λ ϕ (1) (x) ϕ (2) (x) ϕ (2) (0) cosh µ − ϕ (1) (0) sinh µ = ϕ (2) (1) cosh ν + ϕ (1) (1) sinh ν = 0 with constants µ, ν ∈ C. Under the assumption that p21, p22 are known, we prove a uniqueness theorem and provide a reconstruction formula for p11 and p12 from the spectral characteristics consisting of one spectrum and the associated norming constants.

On inverse problem for singular Sturm-Liouville operator with discontinuity conditions
In this study, properties of spectral characteristic are investigated for singular Sturm-Liouville operators in the case where an eigen parameter not only appears in the differential equation but is also linearly contained in the jump conditions. Also Weyl function for considering operator has been defined and the theorems which related to uniqueness of solution of inverse proble...
متن کاملInverse Sturm-Liouville problems with transmission and spectral parameter boundary conditions
This paper deals with the boundary value problem involving the differential equation ell y:=-y''+qy=lambda y, subject to the eigenparameter dependent boundary conditions along with the following discontinuity conditions y(d+0)=a y(d-0), y'(d+0)=ay'(d-0)+b y(d-0). In this problem q(x), d, a , b are real, qin L^2(0,pi), din(0,pi) and lambda is a parameter independent of x. By defining a new...
متن کاملA Uniqueness Theorem of the Solution of an Inverse Spectral Problem
This paper is devoted to the proof of the unique solvability ofthe inverse problems for second-order differential operators withregular singularities. It is shown that the potential functioncan be determined from spectral data, also we prove a uniquenesstheorem in the inverse problem.
متن کاملThe uniqueness theorem for inverse nodal problems with a chemical potential
In this paper, an inverse nodal problem for a second-order differential equation having a chemical potential on a finite interval is investigated. First, we estimate the nodal points and nodal lengths of differential operator. Then, we show that the potential can be uniquely determined by a dense set of nodes of the eigenfunctions.
متن کاملInverse problems for vibrating systems of first order
We consider an inverse problem of determining a coefficient matrix and an initial value for a first order hyperbolic system. Assuming that the boundary values over a time interval are known, we characterize coefficient matrices and initial values, and prove the uniqueness of some components of the matrix function. The proof is based on a transformation formula and the spectral properties of the...
